Place one end in each other’s mouth and work towards the middle. Share nicely.


  • 125 g dark chocolate callets

  • ½ tsp lemon essence

  • 100 g candied orange peel, cut into strips


  • Step 1

    Melt chocolate in a double boiler and stir in lemon essence. Once melted, dip orange peel strips in, one at a time. Allow chocolate to drip off and then leave to set.
