8 oz butter
2 cups of brown sugar
1 cup of white caster sugar
4 oz dark chocolate
2 tsp tequila
1 tsp triple sec
Juice of 1 lime
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 oz milk chocolate
Cream the butter and sugar together.
Melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie.
Mix the chocolate and the creamed butter together.
Add the eggs and mix in.
Add the tequila, triple sec and lime and mix in.
Fold in the flour until you form a dough.
Smash up the milk chocolate and mix into the dough.
Form small ‘patties’ with the dough and place on greased baking tray.
Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes or until cooked.
