2 tbsp sugar syrup
150 g roasted, chopped mixed nuts
Make the sugar syrup by boiling equal parts sugar and water until sugar dissolves.
Mix the nuts and sugar syrup together to coat the nuts.
Place the nuts on an oiled baking tray (without the leftover sugar syrup). Bake at 350F for 10–12 minutes.
Break the nuts apart and leave to cool before serving.
