¼ cup dark chocolate flakes
8 oz vodka
4 oz chocolate liqueur
12 raspberries, 3 each on a small cocktail stick
White chocolate, grated
Place your martini glasses in the freezer for an hour.
Make your chocolate sauce.
In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, chocolate liqueur and ice. Shake.
Dip the tops of your martini glasses in the chocolate sauce, and then dip into the dark chocolate flakes.
Pour the mix from the cocktail shaker into the glasses, and then (optional) decorate with the grated white chocolate and place a cocktail stick with raspberries in the martini.
