Double the pleasure!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted Butter

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup dark chocolate callets

  • 2 eggs

  • 1¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup milk chocolate callets

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a baking sheet.

  • Step 2

    Cream the butter with both the white and brown sugar.

  • Step 3

    Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler and add to the butter and sugar mixture, slowly mixing it in.

  • Step 4

    Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and slowly mix in.

  • Step 5

    Sift flour and baking soda together and combine with the chocolate mixture.

  • Step 6

    Stir in the milk chocolate callets.

  • Step 7

    Scoop cookie dough with a large spoon onto a baking sheet. Bake for 7–9 minutes for soft cookies or 9–11 minutes for firmer cookies.

    Feed each other little morsels of cookie and enjoy!
