4 large pears
4 tbsp finely chopped nuts
4 tbsp finely chopped apricots and dates
4 tsp honey
40 g dark chocolate callets
Slice the tops from the pears, and scoop out the core and the pips.
Combine the nuts, apricots, dates, honey and chocolate, and fill the pear.
Place a knob of butter on the top with the pear lid, and bake for about 20 minutes at 180C.
