1 cup butter
1½ cup dark chocolate callets
1 cup white granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup sifted all purpose flour
1/2 cup roasted nuts
Handful of milk chocolate callets
Melt the chocolate and butter together over a double boiler.
Whip the eggs sugar and vanilla.
Add the chocolate and butter to the mixture slowly, and then finish with a good hard whipping!
Gently fold in the flour.
Add nuts and the milk chocolate callets, and gently spread around.
Spread batter into a greased baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes at 350F.
