The perfect combination of chocolate fudgy consistency!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1½ cup dark chocolate callets

  • 1 cup white granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup sifted all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup roasted nuts

  • Handful of milk chocolate callets

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt the chocolate and butter together over a double boiler.

  • Step 2

    Whip the eggs sugar and vanilla.

  • Step 3

    Add the chocolate and butter to the mixture slowly, and then finish with a good hard whipping!

  • Step 4

    Gently fold in the flour.

  • Step 5

    Add nuts and the milk chocolate callets, and gently spread around.

  • Step 6

    Spread batter into a greased baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes at 350F.
