    Chilli Chocolate Mousse

    Aphrodisiac: adj., arousing or intensifying sexual desire


    I don’t have any recipes with rhino horn (yet!), but as chilli and chocolate is my absolute fave mix, I have plenty of recipes that should have you racing towards the bedroom!


    So find yourself a phallic manly symbol and get cracking on this quick, easy and delicious recipe.


    Chilli Chocolate Mousse


    2 bird’s eye small chillies
    500 g dark chocolate callets
    2 tbsp butter
    1 cup caster sugar
    6 eggs (separated)
    1tsp vanilla essence



    1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of boiling water with the chillies.

    2. Remove from heat and remove chillies. Add half the sugar, and very gently stir in the egg yolks and vanilla.

    3. Beat the egg whites until they beg for mercy and form stiff peaks, and then beat in the remaining sugar.

    4. A third at a time, fold the egg mixture into the chocolate. Pour the mousse into individual bowls (or possible phallic manly moulds!) and refrigerate until firm.

    5. Decorate the top with rhino horn – or if you are fresh out of rhino horn, decorate with whipped cream, almond flakes and a light sprinkle of Mexican chilli powder.


    Feed each other a teaspoon of the mousse at a time while naked and enjoy!
